Our mission is to reignite the passion and knowledge of a forgotten confectionery in the UK.

So what makes us different? Well, we keep it simple. Our Nougat is handcrafted according to traditional methods and is made with just five ingredients: 100% pure lavender honey from the fields of Provence, certified organic and fair-trade raw cane sugar, free range egg whites, almonds and pistachios. These come together to produce a soft texture that appeals to anyone with a sweet tooth!
